jl75 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and jl75 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the jl75 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and all related services accessible at jl75.best. By accessing the jl75 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise engaging with any part of the service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

02 Eligibility

03 Account Registration

04 Deposits

All deposits at jl75 are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The platform accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other participating Philippine banks), and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued in the Philippines.

Deposits made through GCash and Maya typically reflect in your jl75 balance within minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take slightly longer depending on the sending institution. jl75 does not control processing times at third-party payment providers and is not liable for delays caused by those providers.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the jl75 deposit screen at the time of transaction.
• jl75 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name and match the account holder identity on your jl75 account.
• jl75 does not charge deposit processing fees on its end; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. These are outside jl75's control.
• Deposited funds cannot be returned to source without completing the applicable wagering activity, except where a specific error or technical issue has resulted in an incorrect charge. Refund requests in such cases should be directed to jl75 support with supporting documentation.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your jl75 account are processed in Philippine Pesos via the same payment channels available for deposits. The method used for a withdrawal must match or be consistent with the method used for your most recent deposit where practicable. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all jl75 accounts.

Before a withdrawal is processed, jl75 requires that:

• The balance being withdrawn consists of genuine winnings or unspent deposits, not bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.

Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet to BDO, BPI, or UnionBank are also available and process within the standard interbank transfer window of the receiving institution. For larger withdrawal amounts, jl75 may require additional identity verification before the funds are released. The jl75 team will contact you directly if this step is required.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

jl75 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. The availability, value, and terms of any specific bonus are published on the relevant promotion page or communicated directly to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms:

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus (and sometimes the deposit) must be wagered before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all fixed-odds casino products, and by real-time event results for sports and esports betting markets.

• Technical failures during a game session will be handled in accordance with jl75's technical fault policy. Where a session cannot be completed or reconstructed, the relevant stake will be returned to the player's account.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at jl75. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and balances may be forfeited:

• Opening or operating more than one jl75 account simultaneously or at different times using different personal details.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to access the platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical bugs, glitches, or errors in game software to generate unfair winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to jl75 immediately and are subject to reversal.

• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or are not authorised for your use.
• Any form of collusion with other players in games where collusion provides an unfair advantage.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

jl75 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion for any of the following reasons, without being obliged to provide advance notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, abuse, or any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account that consists of bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity is not payable. By registering at jl75, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You also acknowledge that jl75 may be legally required to disclose certain information to regulatory and law enforcement authorities upon request.

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting support@jl75.best. Certain data may be retained beyond account closure where retention is required by applicable law, including anti-money laundering record-keeping obligations.

12 Limitation of Liability

jl75 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While jl75 makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous service availability, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party system failures, or events outside jl75's reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl75 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use or inability to use the platform.
• Interruptions to gameplay or betting caused by technical failures beyond jl75's direct control.

13 Changes to These Terms

jl75 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. 14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes between you and jl75 that cannot be resolved through the standard customer support process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, players are encouraged to contact jl75 support at support@jl75.best with full details of the concern. jl75 is committed to resolving genuine disputes fairly, transparently, and promptly through direct communication wherever possible.

If jl75 makes a payment to a player in error, jl75 reserves the right to reclaim that payment. Players are required to promptly report any payment received in error and must not treat such funds as winnings available for withdrawal.
